Looking back through my archives, I’ve yanked out some desktop backgrounds I created that aged somewhat gracefully and also added a new peice of desktop bling to my deck: virtu. Eventually I’ll include these in the archive section of the site - but I first have to create an archive section. Enjoy!

Update: I added a new desktop background (June 23rd)

I may create some more in the future, so watch this page for updates.

    Like the colors on Virtu – nice contrasts, great for a desktop. Looks really nice in Linux Ubuntu as well.
    It’s just a subjective thing, and by no means a comment on your skills, but I’ve always struggled with pics like The Dark of Abstraction 4 for desktops. I mean, they’re really nice pics, but I’ve always found them a little cheesy for desktops. I guess it’s probably just a stylistic and subjective thing… it doesnt’ mean there’s anything really wrong with those pics.

    Hmmm… these have aged gracefully. I like the colour choices. Nice contrasts. Some really atmospheric pics here as well. I don’t know about you, but I cannot go through two weeks without changing my desktop picture. I’ve got to change it every week. For some reason, I’m just never quite happy with my desktop. Nomatter what I do, I just never get to a place where I’m saying “that’s perfect.” There’s always room for improvement.
